Frequently asked return/ exchange questions:
Slayla does not accept returns of any kind. We will issue store credit and offer exchanges on item(s) in new condition with all original tags attached within 7 days from the delivery date indicated on tracking number. Item(s) used, washed, damaged or late will be sent back to the address listed on your order and a return shipping fee will be deducted from your original form of payment method used to purchase your item(s).
Orders are allowed a (1) one time exchange (excludes clearance/ reduced items) once the customer has paid for the return shipping label and the return package has been received, assessed and approved for an exchange by our Slayla warehouse team.
All items must be returned to our Slayla warehouse in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to sender with the return shipping fee being deducted from the original form of payment used to purchase the item(s).
Return and exchange requests must be received within 14 days from the delivery date. No exchanges will be accepted after 14 days.
Customers are responsible for all international fees such as "Brokerage and Import fees" also known as customer (Duties and taxes) once the shipment is delivered to the address listed on the order placed.
Customer is responsible for shipping fees which also includes (shipping insurance) The (shipping insurance fee) will automatically be added to orders including orders that qualify for free shipping in cases of lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Customer is responsible for shipping fee for any returns and/or exchanges to and from Slayla.
Exchange and/or return processing time:
Once our Slayla warehouse has received your return package and/or the delivery date indicated on your return label, your exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days once the item has been approved for exchange/return. The processing time does not include the shipping time frame from the Slayla warehouse finally ships out the return/exchange back to the customer. Merchandise MUST BE IN UNWORN/ ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING SUCH AS (HANG TAG/LABELS ATTACHED ) Orders that do not qualify for a return/exchange: Defected items at no fault of our own; Lost/stolen items should be disputed with your carrier of choice that was selected at checkout time.
Order Changes & Cancellations:
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours from the order being placed and as long as the package is not "In process". An order is considered "in process" when our Slayla warehouse has already prepared your package for shipping or your package has left our warehouse. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. We do not accept exchanges or returns on sale items. Items are considered a "sale item" when the price was reduced from the original listed price.
- Items paid with store credit and/or exchange are not eligible for returns and/ or exchanges.
- Claims for damaged goods or any packaging errors need to be e-mailed to us within 24 hours of delivery at CS@SLAYLASUPPORT.CO
We will correct the issue within 24-48 hours and pay for any return labels/ fees.
